24-hour home care – delivered by experienced Polish caregivers
Would your loved ones prefer to stay in their own home? We place reliable, compassionate caregivers from Poland – on a legal basis compliant with Polish and German law, with a dedicated contact person and transparent costs.
Home, not a care home
When your parents need support – and want to stay at home
Deciding how to care for someone you love is never easy. For many families a care home is simply not an option – too unfamiliar, too expensive, too far from the life they know. A caregiver who lives in the home is often the more humane and more affordable solution: familiar surroundings, one trusted person and relief for the whole family.
This is exactly where we support you – for 20 years now, with long-standing experience placing caregivers for families across Germany.

Costs & funding
What does care cost – and how much do funding sources cover?
There is no flat rate: the cost depends on the level of support needed, your loved one's mobility and the caregiver's language skills. You always receive a transparent fixed-price quote – with no hidden fees.
| Included in the quote | Shown transparently in advance |
|---|---|
| The caregiver's care services | Travel to and from the placement |
| Social contributions & insurance (legally compliant) | Any public-holiday surcharges |
| Care managed by a dedicated contact person | — |
The key point: very few families pay the full amount themselves. A significant share of the monthly cost can be refinanced through statutory funding – and with every component your own contribution falls.
Your three levers to save
| Funding | What it does | Effect on your contribution |
|---|---|---|
| Care allowance (Pflegegeld) | covers a fixed first portion of the care costs | lowers it – rises with the care level |
| Respite care (Verhinderungspflege) (from care level 2) | covers a further noticeable share each year | lowers it further |
| Tax deductibility | reduces the cost via your tax return | lowers it on top |
How much is that in percentage terms? It depends on the care level – and that is the good news: the higher the care level, the larger the share that funding covers. In many cases a double-digit percentage of the monthly cost can be covered this way, and considerably more at higher care levels – so your actual contribution shrinks noticeably.
Total cost 100% − care allowance − respite care − tax relief = your own contribution. Illustrative example, not a guarantee – the real figures depend on the care level, the year and your tax situation.
This is smarter than any flat figure: instead of a price that would not fit your situation anyway, we calculate your personal contribution – including all the funding you are entitled to.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is employing a Polish caregiver legal?
Yes. We place caregivers on the basis of a legal model compliant with Polish and German law. The caregiver is employed in Poland and social contributions are paid correctly – so there is no risk of bogus self-employment for you.
What does care cost, and are there hidden charges?
We deliberately do not quote a flat rate – you receive a transparent fixed-price quote that fits your situation exactly, with no hidden fees. Importantly, funding such as care allowance (Pflegegeld), respite care (Verhinderungspflege, from care level 2) and tax deductibility often covers a significant part of the cost – the higher the care level, the larger that share. We calculate your personal contribution for free.
What does the caregiver do – and what not?
They help around the home, with personal and basic care, with shopping, and they provide companionship. Medical treatment care is handled where needed by an outpatient nursing service – which we help you arrange.
What happens if the caregiver isn't the right fit?
We replace the caregiver without fuss. Your dedicated contact person makes sure you get a suitable solution quickly.
How quickly can care begin?
Usually within a few days of your enquiry and the needs assessment.
Can I use care allowance or other benefits?
Often yes – for example care allowance, respite care (from care level 2) and tax deductibility. The amount and entitlement depend on the care level and the current rates; we advise you individually.
Does the caregiver speak English or German?
Depending on your needs we place caregivers with basic to good German or English skills. We agree the desired language level together in advance.
Who is my contact person during the placement?
You have a dedicated, reachable contact person – before, during and after the placement.
