2. Processing via the request form
When you contact us through the request form, we process the data you provide (name, phone number, email address and, optionally, your message) solely to handle your enquiry and to get in touch with you.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). You can withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
3. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
4. Storage period
We store your data only for as long as is necessary to handle your enquiry or to comply with statutory retention obligations. 〈Add specific periods before go-live.〉
5. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by webh.pl (server location: Poland/EU); the domain is registered with the registrar Hostido (hostido.pl, Poland). When the site is accessed, technically necessary server log files (including IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type) are processed – the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (operation and security of the website). For sending email (confirmations and notifications) we use Google Workspace. 〈Add full provider names and data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR) before go-live and have them reviewed legally.〉
6. Cookies, analytics and marketing
Without your consent we set only technically necessary cookies. Statistics, analytics or marketing cookies are set only after your active consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future – via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
We use Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) – but only after your consent via the cookie banner. The purpose is pseudonymous reach and usage analysis to improve our offering. Data may be transferred to the USA, safeguarded by the guarantees recognised by the EU Commission (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
7. Competent supervisory authority
As the controller has its registered office in Poland, the competent supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych – PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland (uodo.gov.pl).
